Our automatic coating machines with transport systems are designed to coat pipes efficiently. In addition, we offer specialised roller conveyors to stabilise pipes during handling. Our systems coat pipes with external diameters from 19 to 400 mm / 3/4" - 15 3/4".

For automatic interior coating, pipes are loaded on a solid welded rack. A rotating drive with gripper arms located left and right grasps the pipe and starts rotating it constantly.

A mobile unit is positioned in front of the pipe to be coated. The unit holds the spray gun system and is able to move through the full length of the pipe. The spraying head is installed on a lance which is driven to the interior of the rotating pipe. The coating process begins when the lance is manoeuvred backwards.

Coating compounds and power are supplied by the assigned hoses.

Our systems are able to coat pipe interiors with diameters of 80 to 1,000 mm / 3" - 39" approx.
