Working environments to coat large surfaces are always tailored according to customer requirements.
The following systems can be part of the configuration:
The most suitable locations for areas to coat bulky welded constructions are large factories with sufficient headroom for cranes to move the components. After being processed, the parts dry on site. To keep this period as short as possible, mobile drying tunnels (telescopic or rail-mounted) are positioned above the material.
Our flexible ventilation systems for manual coating areas meet official operating regulations and avoid reduced air pressure within the factory. Our robust and powerful heat recovery devices compensate considerably for the resultant loss of waste heat. Paint particles are removed by suction cleaning. After filtering, particles are collected in allocated containers, ready for disposal.
For the coating of large surfaces, e.g. vans, we provide coating chambers fully equipped for coating and drying processes in parallel. They are located indoors. The control of all processes is via an operator panel outside the chamber.
